1 hour 30 minutes
Gain an understanding of how to properly process and complete the AIA Payment Application and Change Order Forms.
Payment applications and change orders are a vital component of successful project management for building design and construction professionals. AIA Documents G702™–1992, Application and Certificate for Payment, and G703™–1992, Continuation Sheet, provide convenient and complete forms on which the contractor can apply for payment, and the architect can certify that payment is due. Software demos and real-world scenarios help you understand the critical aspects of these forms and how to correctly and efficiently complete them.
